For security and discretion, your package may be delivered under our parent company name, Living LAF Inc. Please keep an eye out for this name on your shipping label.

Shipping & Production Policy

We operate as a custom, made‑to‑order diamond and jewelry studio. Many pieces are built just for you and some diamonds are sourced internationally, so production and shipping times can vary.

Order Processing & Notifications

When you place an order on our website, we receive a notification and then submit the details to our manufacturing partner to begin work on your piece. Because items are custom made, orders cannot be rushed once production has started.

Custom Engagement Rings / Build‑Your‑Own Rings

  • All rings are made to order after you complete checkout.

  • Standard production time is up to 14 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • This production time is in addition to shipping time. Your order will ship after the ring is finished and passes final quality inspection.

Loose Diamonds

For loose diamonds (no setting):

  • Many stones are sourced from international suppliers, including the Netherlands, South Africa, and India.

  • It can take 3–15 days for a loose diamond to arrive to us before we can ship it to you.

  • Once we receive and inspect the stone, we ship it to you using the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Within the United States

  • We primarily ship to customers in the United States.

  • Orders over $50 ship free via our standard service.

  • Orders under $50 will see available shipping options and real‑time rates at checkout.

  • Most US orders arrive 2–7 business days after shipment, depending on destination and carrier.

  • Orders over $50 include shipping insurance at our expense to help protect against loss or damage in transit.

  • For security, orders over $1,000 may require an adult signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will usually leave a notice with re‑delivery or pickup options.

International Shipping

  • Limited international shipping may be available to selected countries.

  • Orders over $50 may qualify for free standard international shipping where available; otherwise, rates are shown at checkout.

  • Typical transit time is 7–21 business days after shipment, but this can be longer depending on destination and customs.

Customs, Duties & Possible Delays

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.

  • We cannot control customs processing times. Your package may be delayed at customs, which is outside our control and not grounds for a refund of shipping charges.

  • Shipping time estimates do not include possible customs delays.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by incorrect addresses.

  • If a package is marked delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, contact the carrier and then contact us so we can help investigate.
